Hi, since you have patrial medial patellofemoral ligament injury, you can recover it by exercise. The exercise programme for MPFL is similar to ACl injuyr rehab program. I highly advice you to follow exercise for ACL injury for at least a month to avoid surgery.

Thanks, and yes MBBS can start a physiotherapy clinic provided they valid required document and certificate, like registration to a clinical establishment act, a valid local trade licence.

I thoroughly went through the MRI report and according to it she has main issue at cervical (neck) and lumbar (low back regio) and this is why she is experiencing pain in hand and leg. Here I would suggest you to follow exercises for neck and low back regularly and she will be ok. Exercise (more)

Hi, dealing with foot and wrist drops is challenging, especially in an old case like yours. Calf lengthening surgery is helpful for TA (Tendo Achilles) tightness.
